For Standard left chest embroidery, the ideal design has a maximum dimension of 3.5″ – 4.25″ wide.

The smallest text we recommend to embroider is a little under a quarter inch high. Some exemptions are allowed and will be determined on a case by case basis. Most designs can be adjusted to compensate for slight variations such as splitting a line of text into 2 or moving certain objects around.

The maximum height for a caps design is 2.25" high. On visors, the maximum height is 1 inch tall. Embroidery on the back of a cap may be included for an additional cost. This is a great location for a Web address or to personalize the cap with a team members name.
